NEW JAILINGS

James B. Brown, 45, Goessel, jailed Sunday for alleged failure to appear. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety and $557 cash bonds. He was previously jailed May 31 on a McPherson County warrant and July 3 on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, opiate, and marijuana, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.

Kara L. Carriker, 30, Wichita, jailed Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana. Released a half hour later on $2,000 surety bond.

Franklin M. Davis, 49, Peabody, jailed Sunday on a warrant for violation of a protective order and suspicion of possession of a hallucinogenic drug and drug paraphernalia. No bond set. He was previously jailed Feb. 20, 2018, on court orders, Sept. 2 on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, and Jan. 10 on suspicion of probation violation.

Justin L. Decker, 34, Peabody, jailed Friday on suspicion of domestic battery. Released two hours later on $2,000 surety bond.

Cameron M. Finnesy, 37, Newton, jailed Feb. 5 for alleged failure to appear. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed April 4 for failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia and narcotics; and June 5 on a motion to revoke bond.

Kaelon A. Gary, 27, Wichita, jailed Feb. 5 on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and speeding. Released an hour and a half later on $1,000 surety bond.

Jedidiah J. Hayes, 20, jailed Thursday on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and no proof of insurance. Released 40 minutes later on $1,000 surety bond.

Kenny C. Jost, 52, Peabody, jailed Friday for alleged failure to appear. Released a half hour later on $10,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed Oct. 17 for alleged failure to appear.

Ryan J. Lambert, 39, jailed Thursday on suspicion of transporting an open container of alcohol. Released an hour later on $500 surety bond.

Jason R. Stucky, 39, Valley Center, jailed Feb. 5 on a warrant. Held in lieu of $7,500 cash bond.
