A dozen or more Marion County boys are planning to attend a state YMCA camp at the new campgrounds near Elmdale the first part of June. Attending from Marion will be Alex Case, Paul Loveless, Hartzell Ray, Paul Reimer, and Paul Rutledge.

Joe Edmunds, Will Kuhn, and Scott Sheets have consolidated their barber shops and now are located in the place heretofore occupied by Edmunds. Many improvements have been installed, and they now have a finely equipped shop. It looks like a good move, and we wish them success.

J. H. Siebert is driving a new Buick Six.

Harry Rogers has booked a big serial film that will start June 1 and run for 15 weeks. It is a story with a circus setting and is one of the big things in the movie line now being offered.

For a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the founding of Salem Home and Hospital, formerly the Industrial and Hygiene Home for the Friendless near Hillsboro, all friends of the institution are being invited to a general festival June 1.
